The goal at Custom Plastic Cards (CPC) is 100% customer satisfaction in regard to the quality of our products and customer service. We work hard to give you the best value for money in the industry which is reflected in the quality and experience of our professional staff. Our pride in our work is supported by our 6 month warranty following the delivery of the cards, not the standard 14-30 day warranty. Our warranty covers the print quality and content of our plastic cards including defects and misprints.
CPC does not guarantee exact color matching unless specific CMYK or Pantone color information is issued via email by CPC, normally in the form of a proof. The warranty is limited to the replacement cost of the defective goods, the approval of CPC is required prior to the return of goods. Printing errors on proofs that is approved by the customer is the responsibility of the customer. CPC does not provide a warranty for any damage caused during shipping. We guarantee to ship and invoice the full quantity of cards that is ordered by our customers.
Prior to the return of our goods the customer must contact CPC within the warranty period, shall CPC decide that there are reasonable grounds for a return, CPC will replace the goods at CPC’s expense. No refund is offered for the shipping on returns in regard to the original order (the order upon which the return is based). If CPC decides they cannot meet your requirements for the replacement of the returned cards, CPC will refund the cost of the cards and any related set up charges, there will be no re-stocking fee applied and no refund is offered for shipping. Refunds may be reduced or withheld if the goods are not returned in the original condition and/or if the correct card quantity is not returned. You must obtain a return number from us via email prior to returning the goods otherwise the goods may not be accepted.
